The following roles may be doubled: Prince of Morocco, Prince of Arragon, Duke of Venice, Old Gobbo, Balthasar

(Ages will depend on the ages of actors who audition but Shylock should a man old enough to have a grown-up daughter)

Preparation

Please have a prepared 2 or 3 minute monologue from any of Shakespeare’s plays including The Merchant. You may read from the script if you haven’t memorised it but it must be prepared.
